A relaxed room at the water's edge to both start and end a busy day, with a fully stocked bar and the reservoir out the window.
The kitchen runs seasonal cuisine: hand battered cod, burgers off the grill, thin crust pizza and steaks at dinner, with breakfast on the mornings we open early. The bar keeps six craft taps and a Washington wine list, most of it grown within an hour of here.
Leave room for dessert. The ice cream is made locally and comes in eight flavours, by the scoop or in a waffle cone.

Through the spring and summer the dining room turns into a venue: concerts on the warm evenings, karaoke, and family nights that run until the kids give out. Dates go up as the season fills in.
