Hunting
Ducks and geese over the seep lakes, upland birds in the cover, and a warm room to come back to when the morning is done.

The Basin
Hunting the Columbia Basin
The resort sits inside one of the biggest blocks of public hunting ground in the state.
The Columbia Basin Wildlife Area wraps around the property: seep lakes, flooded fields and brush country, open to the public and a short drive from the parking lot.
Waterfowl is the main event. Birds work the reservoir, the seep lakes and the flooded ground in between, and the Meseberg Duck Taxi runs hunters out to the blinds, which is the easiest way to hunt water you do not know. Book it ahead: the good mornings fill first.
If you are bringing your own boat, the launch and the moorage are the same ones the anglers use, and they are open through the season.
